1. Processing & Handling
- Standard Orders: 1–3 business days.
- Custom/Engraved Items: Please allow an additional 2 business days for our safety-engraving process.
- Battery Safety (2026 Protocol): Products containing lithium batteries (LED gear) are shipped at a 30% safety-charge level per international air-express regulations. Please charge fully upon arrival.
2. Delivery Times (Insured Global Express)
- United Kingdom: 7–12 business days.
- USA & Canada: 7–13 business days.
